Big Minds, Tiny Hands · About

A self-paced orientation, on the record.

What this is, who it’s for, what it covers, and how its certificates stay verifiable for years.

What it is

The BMTH provider orientation is a structured walkthrough of the operational and compliance ground every Big Minds, Tiny Hands clinician has to know before their first case. It replaces the live Zoom session that used to be run by hand for every new hire, and it adds something the live session couldn’t: defensible, signed proof that the provider actually completed the material.

Who it’s for

New service providers across the disciplines BMTH staffs, including speech and language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, applied behavior analysts, and special instructors. The training is the same for everyone in v1; specialty-specific tracks are planned for a later revision.

How certificates stay verifiable

Every completion certificate is signed at issue time with HMAC-SHA256 against a server-side secret. The signature, the provider’s name, email, completion timestamp, and content version are baked into the PDF. Anyone holding the PDF can paste its verification URL into a browser to re-check the signature. Tampered PDFs fail verification cleanly; the original signed PDF is the source of truth.

Verify a certificate · Anyone with the link can verify; only BMTH can issue.
